Phil Fuller
serves as the superintendent of the Virginia District Church of the Nazarene since 2004. Before that he served as Senior Pastor leader in three churches: Calvary Church of the Nazarene, Annandale, Virginia; First Church of the Nazarene, Toledo, Ohio, and the Church of the Nazarene, Payne, Ohio.
Phil's passion is people. His desire is that people from all cultures, languages and religious backgrounds come to know, in a personal way, the satisfaction of being loved by Jesus Christ, who with grace will lead, direct and save every willing person. He is passionate about the optimistic call of God to a life of wholeness, holiness, righteousness and love. God calls us to the broken places of life and bring restoration and hope in our own lives and the lives of others.
Phil and Cheryl were married June 1, 1985 in Olathe, Kansas in Garrett Chapel on the campus of College Church of the Nazarene. They have a son, Jon. The Fullers reside in Midlothian, Virginia.
Phil is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with bachelors and masters degrees. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and completed his doctoral degree at Asbury Theological Seminary.
