TONIGHT:

Choir Practice, 5:45 p.m.

Our evening service has been changed.  The Lunenburg Ministerial

Association (LUMINA) will be having its Annual Community Thanks-

giving Service tonight beginning at 7:00.  It will be held at the Ken-

bridge United Methodist Church, located on East 5^th Avenue (directly

across from the Kenbridge Post Office).

The speaker for the evening will be the Reverend Ed DiStefano, pastor

of the Antioch and Williams United Methodist Churches of Lunenburg

County.  Music for the evening will be rendered by the First Baptist

Church Choir of Victoria.

The offering taken during the service will be given to the Lunenburg

County Ministries, a Christian-based organization in Lunenburg County

that offers emergency monetary aid, free clothing, toys and household

wares to less fortunate residents of the county.

Thursday  - "Thanksgiving Day"

YOU DON'T COME TO SUNDAY SCHOOL???

Give it a try!  Starting on December 7, there will be a new class for

those who would like to try it!  We will use the Andy Griffith Bible

Studies.  Each week we will view and discuss an episode of the Andy

Griffith Show.  Joyce Klittich will be the leader.  The class will meet

in Johnson Hall.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

All Church Christmas Dinner has been scheduled for Sat., Dec.6, at

6:00 p.m. at the Victoria Restaurant.  The cost per person is $11.50;

children, ages 12 and under $5.75.  The price includes tax and tip.

Beverage of choice - coffee, tea, or soft drink.

Menu:  Roast beef and gravy, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, string

beans, corn;  dessert, apple cobbler and banana pudding.

Money needs to be turned in by next Sunday.

            the park - Our choir will be singing - All are invited.

Dec 21 (Sun 10:50 a.m.) - Musical Christmas Program featuring

            the Children and Adult Choirs

            (Sun 4:00-7:00 p.m. ) - Open House at the Klittich's,

            2555 Jefferson Ave, in place of the evening service. 

            Everyone is welcome.

Dec 24 (Wed 6:00 p.m.) Christmas Eve - Candlelight Service

Dec 25 (Thu) Christmas - "JESUS is the Reason for the Season"

Dec 28 (Sun pm) Evening service has been cancelled.
