CHOIR & CHILDREN:
There will be a short rehearsal for next Sunday's anthem after
service today.
TONIGHT:
Choir Practice, 5:00 p.m.
Evening Service, 6:00 p.m. - Come and worship Jesus' love at the
evening service. The service will be a blessing, an encouragement, and
a time of singing and praise. The pastor's message is titled "Did the
Lord Test or Tempt Abraham?" Invite a friend to come with you.
THIS WEEK:
Wednesday - Midweek Service, 7:00 p.m.
Next Sunday - Sunday School 9:45 a.m., Morning Worship 10:50 a.m.
We will be receiving our offering for World Evangelism!
Sunday night - No evening service here. All are invited to attend the
Community Thanksgiving Service at the Kenbridge United Methodist
Church at 7:00 p.m. (Choir practice will be at 5:45 p.m.)
SALVATION ARMY:
The Salvation Army needs canned goods and nonperishable items to
restock the food closet. They are also in need of toys for Christmas.
They are asking for our help! Boxes have been placed at the front and
back doors of the church for any items you would like to donate.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
All Church Christmas Dinner has been scheduled for Saturday, Dec.6,
at 6:00 p.m. at the Victoria Restaurant.
The cost per person is $11.50; children, ages 12 and under $5.75.
The price includes tax and tip.
Beverage of choice - coffee, tea or soft drink.
Menu: Roast beef and gravy, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, string
beans, corn; dessert, apple cobbler and banana pudding.
See Judy Wilmoth or Penny Loebs if you plan to attend. Money needs
to be turned in by November 30.

the Children and Adult Choirs

2555 Jefferson Ave, in place of the evening service. Every-
one is welcome.
