Thanksgiving is praise for our Father above, for His bountiful
goodness and the gift of His love."

Please pray for Mike Freeman. After one cancer treat-
ment, he decided not to continue them. According to the
doctors, he needs the treatments and will not live long if
discontinued. If you would like to send cards to Mike,
his address is 11 Vogel Road, Cumberland, VA 23840.
Mike is Sarah Hadley's nephew.
Bereaved Families:

(Her mother, Mrs. C.R. Mayo, gave the picture above the
baptistry in memory of Mrs. N.C. Riley, the first pastor of
this church, 1930-1933.)
A SINCERE HEART
It doesn't matter where we pray if we honestly mean the
words we say, for God is always listening to hear the
prayers that are made by a heart that's sincere.
In the day of my trouble, I will call to you, for you will
answer me. Psalm 86:7
Today pray with sincerity and simplicity.
