SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE IN THE SUMMER - Tonight
at 6:00 p.m. Come and be refreshed and blessed. The pastor's
message will focus on I John 1:5-7. Did you know that at night you
can see much better with the lights on? Come and celebrate!
Following the evening service, we will need help preparing the
sanctuary for Vacation Bible School. Many hands will make light
work.

REMINDER TO ALL VBS WORKERS:
Rob Diehl requests all workers to arrive at 8:15 a.m. on Monday.
He will be giving us final instructions and will be praying with us.
Rob Diehl will be staying this week with pastor and Joyce. If you
would like to have him over for a meal or would like to provide a
meal, please see Joyce.
Wednesday - Midweek Service, 7:00 p.m.
TEEN ACTIVITY - POOL PARTY AT THE WILMOTHS -
6:00-9:00 P.M.
Saturday - 5:00 p.m.
All are invited to Steve & Karen Newcomb's home (2528 Notto-
way Blvd in Victoria) for a BBQ!! Those who can, bring a lawn
chair. There will be a "slip and slide" for the young ones, so kids
bring your bathing suits.) Come out and enjoy good food and
good fellowship!!
GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
Every four years, the Church of the Nazarene holds a world-wide
convention called "The General Assembly". This year it will be
held in Orlando, Florida, June 24-July 3. Pray as thousands of
Nazarenes gather to worship, celebrate and plan. We are part of a
mighty church.
