TONIGHT:
Choir Practice, 4:45 p.m.
Evening Service, 6:00 p.m.
The pastor will continue the introduction to the series of messages
on the Ten Commandments. You will also learn about an amazing
unity and harmony in the Bible. Come and worship, celebrate and
get the week off to a great start!
Our evening services are a vital training time. We need indivi-
duals willing to work with our children and teens on Sunday and
Wednesday evenings. Please add this needed ministry to your
prayer list and sense if the Lord is leading you to assist!
THIS WEEK:
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. - Midweek Service!
COMING CHURCH EVENTS:
Sunday, February 15th, we will have an All-Church Valentine's
Day Dinner following the morning worship service. The theme
will be LOVE - I Corinthians 13. Everyone is welcome! Check
the weekly bulletin for details. There will be no evening service
that day.
ALABASTER OFFERING - Twice a year we join with all the
other Nazarene churches around the world to receive an Alabaster
Offering. This money is used to build schools, clinics, churches,
hospitals and parsonages on the mission field. We will receive
this offering on Sunday morning, February 22nd. There are special
alabaster banks on the communion table that you are encouraged to
take. Each evening, place your pocket change in the bank, and then
bring it back on Sunday, February 22nd.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION:
Victoria Elementary School is collecting Box Tops for Education.
You can make a difference for this school every time you shop for
groceries. Just clip the box tops coupons from hundreds of your
favorite products. There is a list posted on the bulletin board in the
annex of products you can find box tops on. The school earns $.10
for each box top for things they need - from books and computers to
playground equipment. There is an envelope posted on the bulletin
board for you to put your box tops in. Thank you for your help.
