ANNOUNCEMENTS:
TODAY 6:00pm - The Evening Service with a miss-
ionary emphasis. Karen Newcomb will lead the service,
and we will meet in Johnson Hall.
7:00PM Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Prayer. We
have just started a new study on the Book of I John. This
week we will study I John 1:8 "If we claim to be without
sin we deceive ourselves." Come and join us this Wed-
nesday evening - Jesus will bless and enrich you.
Patsy Scott is in charge of the town's food pantry. She
greatly appreciated the food we collected. She stated that
the need is extremely great and the food supply is very
low. I told her our church would make collecting food an
on going ministry throughout the winter. Any dried and
canned food is needed, but she made a special request for
black eyed peas, soups, and canned vegetables. She also
said she could use cash donations when a special need
arises. Bring in any of your donations and place them
around the altar. "When did you see me hungry and fed
me?"
The Annual Financial Giving Statements have been
prepared. These may be used as a tax deduction as
you prepare your tax returns. Please see the pastor
for your copy. A letter of explanation is included
with each statement.
